SCHEDULE CHANGE PROCEDURE

1. We do not want to change any games unless absolutely necessary. Please try to get an assistant coach or a parent to take over the team for one game. It is very difficult to change because of fields, referees, etc……

2. No coaches may ever cancel games amongst themselves. They MUST notify the scheduler and get permission before canceling or rescheduling any games.

3. PROCEDURE

A. The coach that needs to reschedule must email me, the scheduler, at: [email protected]

B. The coach will receive an alternate date(s) from me. The coach must then call the opposing coach and get their permission to reschedule. The opposing coach MUST agree to the change. They do not have to reschedule if they do not want to do so.

C. If the opposing coach agrees, the 2 coaches then agree on an alternate date given to them by myself. The opposing coach must email me to confirm the change. I will then, and only then, OK the rescheduling of the game.

Because of field shortages and time constraints and other complications, some coaches may not be allowed to reschedule games and will need to find someone to cover coaching duties for the day. And as always...WE PLAY IN THE RAIN AND IN THE COLD!!!!!!!!!!! I will not reschedule games because it is raining or too cold to play. Please encourage your players to layer-up if its supposed to be bad weather.
