AYSO Region 195 Interplay Travel Policy

To support balanced competition and team development, inter-regional travel is sometimes necessary for divisions participating in Area 8C AYSO.

Travel Guidelines:

1. Applicable Divisions:

   • Divisions 12U and older will travel for games and may play at any of the locations listed in the AYSO Area 8C Interplay Field Locations document attached here.

   • The 10U Division will only travel if there are fewer than four teams within the division. We will make every effort to limit travel/distance for 10U teams.

2. Field Locations:

   • Game locations may include any of the participating regions listed in the AYSO Area 8C Interplay Field Locations document attached above, such as Richmond, Memphis, Capac, Imlay City, St. Clair, Port Huron, Romeo, Sterling Heights, St. Clair Shores, and New Baltimore.

3. Scheduling Considerations:

   • Schedules will be created with fairness in mind to balance home and away games as evenly as possible.

4. Parental Support:

   • Families are encouraged to coordinate carpools when possible. Travel is part of the learning experience and supports sportsmanship across communities.
